who's at fault?

One NYC undercover cop has been arrested. Haven't heard much else other than he may be the second one in the video attempting to break the vehicles side window.

Turns out he was banging on the car as well.  We can't even rely on our police to do the right thing.  What kind of crazy world do we live in?

Before this incident, did you really think ALL cops are righteous?  They draw their recruits from society, no amount of screening will insure zero defect.

I've stayed out of this thread up to this point, but my first thoughts on that video is.....a bunch of wrongs don't make a right.  I think they're all at fault. 

Within the first few seconds of that video, from around 15 seconds to 20 seconds, you can see the rider that seemed to start the entire episode start to look over at the SUV driver several times....as if there's some kind of exchange (or confrontation) going on between the rider and the SUV driver. 

That's when the rider pulls in front of the SUV and continues to keep looking back trying to screw with him by slowing in front of him. 

However, at that point, the SUV driver, for whatever reason, didn't slow down and hit the rider. 

IMHO, I believe that the SUV driver could have slowed enough to avoid hitting the rider.  Maybe, maybe not. 

However, I'd bet that there was enough testosterone flowing in both the SUV driver AND that rider that whatever exchange they were having escalated very quickly to the point of both going too far with thier actions. 

The rider is guilty, no doubt about it, however, I believe that the SUV driver had just as big a part to play in this incident too. 

The whole thing could have easily been avoided, but again, I think both parties are equally at fault and equally quilty. 

Just my opinion.  It's worth what you've paid for it.

I have a question. Does anyone know the best tire for evading a crazed group of bikes. Also what's the best oil for my suv if I have to run over them to protect myself.
