Little devils advocate here-what IF 3 or 4 or 5 of these young uns under 16 years of age TRY to punch out the wrong person and get their collective asses kicked with some major bone breaks included in the deal AND it's NOT caught on camera?? They better make that first punch count all 4-5 of them otherwise getting up and putting a whoop-ass on all of them and if they die because of it, so be it.  I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.   Would be considered self defense in any court of law assuming you don't keep pummeling the deadbeat kids when they are already beaten to a pulp and not moving.

In high school I once beat up my best friend because he threw something at me and hit me on purpose told him not to throw it kept hitting him over 10 times in the face until his nose was broke and bleeding.  I would hate to see the strangers come up to me and do that wouldn't let up for NO reason.

These cowards tend to select their victims as those that look vulnerable or lees than intimidating.  I doubt they will select some one who looks like they can defend themselves.  Also the suddenness of the attack leaves the victim little time to react.  But, if polarbear hunters suddenly start becoming victims, I'm sure the Obummer will let us know they look like his son.

I am not certain that Zimmerman targeted Martin because he was black.

But again, this is not a new thing. The only new thing about this is that they're not robbing people, just assaulting them. Blacks have been beating up whites and vise-versa for many, many years.
