Hey Lori,

Just wanted to give another  cooldude cooldude to yer InZane Baked Bean Recipe   Grin

Recipe here, for those that don't have it already -

http://www.valkyrieforum.com/bbs/index.php/topic,57957.0.html

Made them for a lil' football get together I had on Sunday...  My guests loved them, and everyone agreed that they hit harder than my Packers...  Undecided

PS - I did add a pound of diced bacon to make 'em perfect  Wink

Just when the highway straightened out for a mile
And I was thinkin' I'd just cruise for a while
A fork in the road brought a new episode
Don't you know...

Conform, go crazy, or ride a motorcycle...

I could live on those jalapeno baked beans.  they are definitely good.

In case you'd like another spin on them when she makes them not-necessarily-for-the-public she uses a little bit more of the peppers.   cooldude
