Not that it really matters but, who is going to win?

Not who do you want to win.

I for one will be happy when THIS game is in the record books. Too cursed much hype for S B. Sides which my favorite shows are on C B S and their schedule has been shot ta hell.  uglystupid2 RIDE SAFE.

Doubt it will happen however I'd like to see Manning go out on top . If the Denver D just happens to break Newton's legs I will do my best not to smile.

I DO NOT have a horse in this race. I'm going with the Panthers BUT they win by only a field goal or a touchdown at most. 3 hours or so after kickoff we'll all know!  2funny RIDE SAFE.

I would also like to see Manning go out on top. I have been a Manning fan since he started in Indy years ago. The only QB to take 2 different teams to the super bowl 2 times each. Dude is a legend. I'm not sure I could hold back my laughter if Newton breaks his leg. I cant stand him, cocky piece of crap. He is young and I see him choking hard tonight.

wanting broncos to win, but the panthers will win 21-17, give or take.  I doubt either team will have a very high scoring TD game since both defenses are very good and usually offenses in this hyped up game start off very slowly at first anyways.

Too bad we have not invented time travel yet for that powerball jackpot a little bit ago would have been mine.

Can you imagine being a kid in the crowd getting a superbowl football from one of the panthers players,  what a life long memory for sure.   cooldude

One has to admit there have been some very worthwhile and entertaining football games to watch this past year for sure.

Agreed, that's the other poll I was going to post but didn't based on the slow or lack of responses to this thread.

Why will you watch the Super Bowl?

() For the Game
() For the Commercials
() For the Half Time Show
() Nothing else on worth watching

Wanted to give the option of picking two of the three but, I don't think that's possible.

I watch for the game and the commercials, I don't care about the half time show.

I despise the cheap shot panthers,  Angry

WWWNFL using the refs will help denver win so manning can go out with a ring, just like the refs and wwwnfl screwed seattle a few yrs ago to let the stollers win so the coach, owner and the bus went out with a ring.

I agree,  I go back as far as the roger staubach days, not much before then.  Man, we are getting old only 5-7 years prior to that being 50 years already.  Where has the time gone by???

Just my personal opinion but, IMHO the half time show sucked.

I'll blame it on a generational taste in music.    Wasn't worth not going to the bathroom while it was on.

that lady gaga surely can sing a good anthem.

Very classy 1/2 time show as well, beyonce surely can shake her lovely bootie anytime is perfectly fine with me (like I have a shot).....  Roll Eyes

Well, my pool numbers are pretty well shot at 1 and 9 being final scores in 2 pools at 13-7 right now I think.

EDIT:  I should have won the football pool having a 9 for winning last number should have been 19-10 with denver kicking a field goal vs. a TD at the end.  Thanks for the panthers holding on 3rd and goal -  I will never be a panthers fan again, not that I really was in the first place.   Cry

I though for sure I was in the MONEY and the panthers even blew that for me.   tickedoff

It seemed more to me that Denvers defense just DOMINATED that offense. None of them looked very good.
