So the thing I'm taking away from this article is, 147 people tested positive, 3 people died and 1 person in their upper 90's made a "miraculous recovery"

I'm riding a lot.  I am being a good consumer, spending my money in businesses to acquire the products I need to live.  Hopefully others are doing the same, and society and our economy will return to normal as much as possible.  The "curve" is down in some states, it's rising in others.  It is what it is...

You may want to check your scientific "facts".  Many scientific studies have recently determined that asymptomatic persons don't spread the virus.

If you look at the graph of cases over that time it's a smooth slope, no spike.  260,000 cases in addition to the normal spread would have been reflected by a change in the graph's slope.

There are no "FEMA camps."  Following Hurricane Katrina, we in the Emergency Management community learned that we did not know how to completely evacuate the population of a major city.  It had never been done before and in Katrina it was done very badly.  The decision was made to construct facilities to serve as TEP's (Temporary Evacuation Points).  This would allow residents of affected areas to be evacuated to safe locations where they could recieve proper care, shelter and disaster relief services.  Additionally, it provides the ability to track evacuees so that they can be reunified with their loved ones.  The fact that these facilities exist continues to spawn rumors but none are true.

Another quick Google search will tell us that the Wuhan Virus is .12 microns in size, about a quarter in size of the smoke and fire debris particulate.  Even if we factor for the "respiratory droplets" that are allegedly to blame for the spread of coronavirus, those droplets are as small as .5 microns, or as small or smaller than smoke and fire debris particulate.
