Im on the road need help

Headin to Savannah for a vacation
And we are in Mims Florida and the bike started makin a clicking noise when leaning left. Can I keep riding or anyone nearby that can guide us-HELP

Is it coming from the front wheel or rear wheel? Ifits front, its the caliper because of the bearing, probably. If its the rea, its the splines because of the bearing, possibly. Safe or not is your call. But id try to find bearings for it....

I'm with Dogg...  sounds like bearings either front or rear.  
From Jeff K's generic parts page.... Since I don't know what year of your bike (1997's are different), here's the whole list.

(same bearing different mfg.) 6204 is size, letters indicate sealed both sides. See below about seal designation

They need to be sealed both sides.

More info- had new pads installed Wed. And when I ride in a left circle and apply the rear brake the noise goes away . I also had a bit of a short semi panic stop and it was after that the sound started

Ok, with this new info, it sounds like your rear brake caliper is not "floating" on the pin like it should.  If you feel no vibration at 30-40 mph in a left curve AND the clicking stops when applying the rear brake, I think you are good to get home.  
I have had this same noise that sounded like the rear brake wasn't releasing all the way and dragging on the rotor.  Pressing lightly on the rear brake stopped the noise.  After a few miles (about 100 or so) the noise quit.

Well for better or worse we trudged on. Right now sitting in a Waffle House in Brunswick, Ga having a delightful iced tea. The noise seems to be dimenishing so I'm hopefull that it's the brakes. Bike is running and stopping fine- Terry I got your message and I thank you-

Jimmy was right on the money, rear caliper is not sliding right. Itll go away after a while but reccomend pulling caliper and re lubing slide.
