We will be hosting a Cook-Out at our house for All of our Valkyrie Riding Friends in Memory of Tom Frost aka SealSkinner on Saturday, January 4,

10:00 a.m. Motorcycle Ride Through Ocala National Forest (for those that can be at our house by 10:00 a.m for the ride). The ride will end back at our house around Noon.

For those traveling afar just come on to our place and be here by Noon. ( there will be people here to Welcome you if you arrive earlier.

BBQ will be served at 12:00 p.m. Noon

The Band JustUs will play from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Ideas for travel friendly side dishes: Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad, Casserole, Bread, Chips, or a Good Dessert

We will have barbecue, cole slaw, baked beans, and Ice tea. If you would like to bring something, bring your Favorite Covered Side Dish. Plan to hang out for the day. The Band will be playing from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing every one and we will do a head count as time draws closer. Please let us know if you plan to attend. Well, work has already interfered for me. Called today to get the days off and one of the guys in my department has already asked for it off. Sooooo...As I have been known to do on occasion.. just ask Doug

.... I will not be feeling well that day. I feel it is best to plan these sudden illnesses way in advance.

Can't wait. We should have a good showing from the Orlando delegation heading that way. I'm hopeful John will be in on this as well. We have had some new guys pop in..Rude for one..Hopefully he and a few others can join us. I didn't have the pleasure of knowing Tom.

Hope things work out, I'd sure like to attend. Have to get through Thanksgiving and Christmas first...also a wedding tossed into the mix. It's Rita's eldest son, marrying a real sweet gal that lost her husband to cancer a few years ago. She's already passed my qualification test; That girl can COOK!

If I'm not mistaken, the *dirt* DD is referring to is an Oreo dessert(?) and it's delish! I've made it many times myself....crushed Oreos just kinda look like rich black dirt!
