FYI, I just ran another batch of driver's peg lowering kits.  Powder coating them when I finish the pipe job I'm completing now.

Here's a couple previous threads with pics etc.

Just bought my first Valk a 98 and don't like the stock pegs it is hard to get my foot in there to shift. So I am asking is this a fix for that?
How can you be at 2 places at once when your not any where at all?

Might help.  You have big feet?  You might want to check if changing the angle of the shifter helps - could have been set at the PO's preference or just set wrong.  It's supposed to have the pip mark next to the split at the spline shaft clamp.  You also might be able to find a used Rattlebars Kickshifter online. Myself, I don't care for heel-toe shifters but some like them.  If you have long legs and big feet you might want to have both the kickshifter and my lowering kit - if you do that, tell me when you order so I can add the hole to mount the kickshifter.

VALK52411  Just bought a set of MR. MARK'S peg lowering kit. They worked great for me & i was very happy with the quality. He gives you all the stainless hardware & he's a great guy to do buisness with. Everything blends in so well you can't even tell you installed them Until you go for your first ride. Then you know you made the right decision. No more cramped up feet or hips hurting. Big difference. I love mine.

Thank you Mark!   I got mine in 2 days!  Put em on tonight.  They work, look and feel great.   I had a Blackbird shifter on but it stuck out too much and put the oem back on.  My LowRider seat even feels better.  I was getting sketchy about it because I felt like I was in an opera balcony seat- balls scrunched. The peg lowering gave my legs a more natural position----------- and I'm 5'6  and shrinking,  29" inseam,  170#

had some on but we live in the twistes so had to take them off due to dragging. Always held back from leaning because that drag would definitely get my attention. unexpected. (Not to knock the product.)

Couldn't agree more.  I got a set last week and they worked out perfectly.  Mine came in 2 days, just in time for a 300+ mile trip through the Hell's Canyon area in Idaho/Oregon.  Felt like I whole new bike; just fit me so much better.  If you feel cramped in the cockpit of the Valk I would highly recommend you give these a try, they are easily the best investment I've made since picking up the Valk last spring.
