I've researched dozens 10+ year-old threads on dyna beads and wonder where to buy them in 2018? Amazon (of course) is full of kits from a vendor named "Dyna Beads." There's also "EZ Beads." But Amazon also is the supermarket for dangerous Chinese rip-offs. Are these beads generic enough where any kit will do?

PS: My Valkyrie frame-up restore was successful. Riding a "brand new" 1997 Bumblebee is awesome.

Mine are a brand called CounterAct. I got them at a Love's Truck Stop. I think I paid $20 for a good sized bag. Still working on the bag 5 years later.

I've been using BBs the last couple of tire changes. AND no dust to mess with the schrade valve. The most recent ones I replaced with new and you put them side by side you'd be hard pressed telling new from used. I use the dyna bead weight chart for the size tire. RIDE SAFE.

I'll sell you a couple pounds. Send me an address. They are about three miles from my home.

The one with the 5lbs is the old supplier for Dyna Beads, before they got big enough to buy direct from the manufacturer.

I just finished my 5# from 2010, this year. They make good gifts and used in all my vehicles.

I also use counteract beads. I talked with their sales rep and he said the beads they use in their big truck kit and the motorcycle kit are the same beads with the same coating. he also recommended I purchase from amazon instead of ebay due to counterfeit products on ebay.  they actually sell direct through amazon. every counteract brand bead on ebay is resold through a 3rd party and could be fake.

here is a post i made a little while back. towards the bottom is a semi lengthy update with the beads i chose and why.
