For me personally, I seldom use the desktop PC anymore, and am missing my everyday, or so, VRCC input.  I'm not an active contributor, but genuinely enjoy everyones comments especially with regard to problem solving and suggestions for Valkyrie mechanical fixes be they difficult or simple, and the various trip reports and photos. It would be so much easier to have an APP on my phone or pad to easily access VRCC during the course of a normal day.  Any of you IT gurus ever thought of developing a VRCC APP?

Given that I have a flip phone, this might not be useful, but...
don't they have Firefox and other web browsers for phones?

I've pondered on the same thing.  Using it in a web browser is a little clunky on a small screen like a phone.  It's usable, but not pretty.
I looked briefly once upon a time, and found a "SMF" app in the Google Play store.  SMF is the forum engine that is used here.  I haven't loaded it to find out if it can be set up to access this particular forum, but it's on the list of things to do when I get a spare minute.  If you are more motivated than I am, give it a try and let me know how it works.

This has come up a few times, and there is a Tapatalk server side plugin for SMF, but thus far the administrators are declining to install it due to concerns about lack of advertising revenue if it became used widely.

But yeah, I agree, really wish they'd get Tapatalk, or some other mobile app up and running.
