Spark plug cables, throttle cable, choke cable

Hello fellow Valkers,

I am going to start a "restoration" of my Valkyrie and I am looking for new spark plug cables (ideally red), throttle cable, and choke cable. I would prefer if the throttle and choke cables come in casings that are true stainless so they won't rust so fast. A little tricky to find parts for a nearly vintage motorcycle, so your recommendations of sellers are very welcome.

suggest using the John Schmidt choke cable mod. get rid of the cable all together for a clean look.
