26 billion pickles are packed each year in the U.S. That’s about nine pounds of pickles per person.
I eat my share of them........... 3 sandwich slices of sweet pickle a day. Been my breakfast for years. Toast, Peanut butter and sliced pickle. It got started during recovery after my 1st colon check. Nurse suggested the pickles and I said add peanut butter. Last summer I found a lady at a Farmer's Market that makes the best Bread and Butter pickles. Can't wait till it starts again! Sure are good on salads! My grandmother used to make some really good tasting pickles. I got caught a couple of times with the jar between my legs and my mouth full with a pickle in each hand. Wasn't too old back then, like maybe 5 at the max. Does ya suppose that is the reason I got a few butt whompins?

Keep them occupied for a little while.

Hey Karen, did ya hit 'POST' when ya was done a writin? I've hit the little left arrow a few times and not look back until I go lookin for that particular post. I think in my case it is a brain fart, but it could be old age also.

Karen, my love, I just checked the moderation log. No administrator has removed anything from this thread in the recent past. The moderation log, unfortunately, does not show when people remove their own posts.

We is a workin on it. Till my Dr will release me to ride, I got's lots of time to load up this particular post. It keeps about 8 or 9 of us out of trouble, doing something else. No harm done, we is havin fun, and well, I won't go into any more details. As Forrest Gump would say:“That's all I have to say about that.”
